At the railway station: on the opened door is written "no entrance" and on the closed - "entrance".
We are ready for this nonsence because these things happen all the time (lack of interest in usability, absence of will to make nice things etc) but a foreigner could find this controversial and even could think it's been thought through.
It's not. That's the problem. It just happens.
