Let's run one simple casual reality check test.

The story:

As you probably know, in Russian cities hot water stops coming from the ? for one to three weeks during summer to clean up and test pipes.

If you didn't know that, don't worry because you haven't fail the test yet. We are looking for the gut feeling, not knowledge.

So one day you return home and you see A4 printed paper on the door of your ? which tells you hot water will be ceased on 24th at 10 a.m. and returned to you on 3th next month.

Last year, it was D. This year, C. And two years ago, B.
And if you get A, you are possibly in Germany or Japan. Not in Russia.
